  1. The first ep was one of my favorites… Tho it was about the 4th ep I ever saw. I didn’t get em in order … πŸ˜†

  2. Mick!!! Can’t tell you how I miss him! Thanks ESS! But it wasn’t the first episode I fell in love with him. It was the second, last scene, last words, and his eyes. So much fear, vulnerability, but still hope in his eyes. *sigh*

  3. You know it’s funny. I enjoyed Mick and Moonlight when it was on. It’s a nice sense of dΓ©jΓ  vu especially at the end of episode one. I think there was a strong connection created between Beth and Mick just after the first episode. Of course it doesn’t surprise me since was one of the producers or writers also worked on Beauty and the Beast (not the CW thing :P).

I had to smile when I re-watched for a few minutes the opening and Mick in his pajamas. It was interesting to see Alex in his “pre-H50” days (six pack not fully developed πŸ˜‰ but yummy nonetheless). My oh my how things have changed.

Well here’s hoping that they really develop more of Steve and Catherine’s relationship this season. A little push and pull just makes things better and well maybe the H50 writers could turn up the heat just a bit? Just wishin’ πŸ˜€

  4. Great collage, Just watched this episode last night, had a hard time getting past the interview, his eyelashes, they are great!

And yes I love the open scene of him in those pj’s .

  5. Hey from Twitter today! (AKA ASF)
Ok. I just finished watching the first four episodes of Moonlight this weekend…it took me a few weeks to watch the first two, but one night for the other two. After the first one I was like…hmmm…Ok. I liked the narration aspect, but it didn’t grab me. Then I thought the first half or so of the second one was well, not my favorite. But by the end of the second one, I liked it. Without sounding lame here, what a sensitive guy/vampire! Vulnerable, strong, heroic, “ethical”, intelligent, etc. I have to admit that the Mick character doesn’t quite exert that physical sexual attraction over me like the Steve character and some others do, but the personality will definitely make up for it! By the end of the 4th episode, I really liked it. I have to admit that I’m not quite into all the blood sucking so far, but I think it is an interesting back story. I could watch more. We’ll see!

    • HI ASF!! *waves* now i have to get used to everyone’s new names. lol.

“Vulnerable, strong, heroic, β€œethical”, intelligent”- yes, Mick is all these and at 4 episodes you’ve only scratched the surface. He’s a wonderfully complicated character and for 16 episodes, they wrote him extremely well rounded IMO.

  6. I guess we all knew it wouldn’t be just another vampires serie with Moonlight episode one, but the whole serie has so much beautiful moments and the first episode is like “love at first sight” for me……..however I agree with Miracle, the end of episode 2 show the real nature of this gorgeous vampire called Mick…..his tone of voice confessing what he was and the expression of fear in his eyes, made me just loved him no matters anything
